Paul and Rose-Marie Mancino have been the owners of Lombardo’s Restaurant since 1992. In 1999 their son Anthony joined the management staff. Between the three of them they make sure your visit to Lombardo’s is a pleasant experience.

Our Chef Raffaele Sainato was born and educated in Gioiosa-Jonica, Calabria, Italy. In 1974 he moved to the United States and in 1976 began his culinary work. He joined the staff at Lombardo’s in 1992. Raffaele is responsible for planning the menu, from the ingredients to the preparation.

George Keyrouze will greet you upon your arrival to Lombardo’s. He is here to ensure a wonderful and enjoyable time. George manages the wait staff and is always willing to discuss your dining experience or your favorite movie. George has been with Lombardo’s since 1992.

Our Bar Manager Donald Grady has been with Lombardo’s for the last 40 years and has been the bar manager since 1993. He makes every drink perfectly, whether its from the 40’s or the newest rave.
